Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to love the shirt. If you don't — whatever the reason — send it back within 30 days and we'll refund you. Return shipping is on us.

Email contact@TwoOutRally.shop and we'll take it from there.

If We Got It Wrong

Wrong design, wrong color, a size that doesn't match what you ordered, a print that didn't come out clean — if the error's on our end, we'll refund you or send a replacement, free. Keep the one you've got; no need to send it back.

Email contact@TwoOutRally.shop within 30 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. What went wrong
3. A photo or two showing the problem

We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Sizing & Fit

Our two shirts don't fit the same, and it's worth knowing before you order.

The Classic runs snug with a modern cut. If you're between sizes or like a little room, go up one. The Premium is a heavier cotton with a relaxed fit. An XL in one isn't an XL in the other. Size charts are on every product page — the surest way to get it right is to measure a tee you already like and compare.

If it arrives and the fit's not what you wanted, email contact@TwoOutRally.shop within 30 days. We'll swap it for the right size, free — or take it back for a full refund if you'd rather. Either way, we'll send a prepaid label for the one that didn't fit.

If You Changed Your Mind

That's fine. Email contact@TwoOutRally.shop within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Send it back unworn and unwashed. Once it's here, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days — your bank may take a few more to show it.

Lost Packages

If the estimated delivery date comes and goes and nothing shows up, email contact@TwoOutRally.shop with your order number. We ask that it's within 30 days so we can track it down and make it right.

Shipping Delays

Rain delays happen. Once a package is with the carrier, the timing is theirs, not ours — weather, holiday volume, a truck that takes the long way around. We can't refund for delays on their end.

Wrong Shipping Address

Double-check your address before you check out. If a package goes out to an address that was entered wrong at checkout, we can't cover it. If it finds its way back to us, we'll gladly send it again.

We may update this policy now and then. When we do, we'll keep it fair and keep it plain.
